As a Warehouse Pick/Packer & Customer Service Representative, you'll play a dual role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing top-notch customer support. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and clean workspace
• Restock shelves and rotate inventory
• Cycle counting
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals

• Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat)
• Provide product information and recommendations

• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 1 year experience in picking and packing
• literacy and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
• Must bereliable with a positive attitude
• Musty be physically fit and hard working
