Join the team at Sahra by the River, a vibrant riverside restaurant in Parramatta, as a full-time Waiter/Waitress. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen
• Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between sittings
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
• Assisting with stock management and light cleaning duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
