Gordon and Bell Street Medical Centre in Coburg VIC is seeking an experienced senior reception to lead the front desk. You will manage appointments, registrations and Medicare claims, while supporting the reception team and collaborating with the Practice Manager on process improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years of GP reception experience, proficiency with Best Practice and HotDoc, and strong patient service and communication skills.
