Part-time Contract Melbourne Flexible, scales with the pipeline $30/hr

You'll work the enrolment pipeline: following up with families who've done a trial class, answering their questions, and getting them enrolled. These are warm leads, people who have already sat in on a class, not cold calls.

A clear no counts as a win here. An unresolved maybe sitting in the pipeline for three weeks is the actual failure mode.

• Follow up with every family who completes a trial class, within 24 hours
• Answer parents' questions about the program and get them enrolled
• Keep the pipeline clean, so every family has a status and a next action
• Follow through on callbacks. If you said Tuesday, it's Tuesday

• Comfortable on the phone with parents
• Organised enough to keep a pipeline straight and follow up when you said you would
• Clear written and spoken English
• A Working With Children Check. You'll sometimes be speaking to students directly, not just their parents.

• You went to a selective or scholarship school. Parents ask what the process is actually like, and someone who has been through it answers that with credibility a script can't buy
• Sat EduTest or a selective entry exam yourself
• Any prior sales, customer service or front-of-house experience
