Our Brisbane team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker or dealership Business Manager who wants a weekday roster, a steady flow of leads and a base salary with uncapped commission.

The RoleYou'll own the customer journey from the first conversation through to settlement:

• Understanding customers' needs and structuring the right finance solutio
• Assessing applications and matching them to the right lender
• Managing your pipeline and keeping customers informed at every step
• Building customer and referral relationships that generate repeat business
• Working towards clear individual and team targets

What we are looking for

• Experience in finance broking (ideally asset, vehicle or consumer finance)
• Or as a dealership Business Manager/F&I
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets
• A sound understanding of lender policy, credit assessment and settlements
• The ability to build rapport and guide customers confidently through their options
• Strong organisation and ownership of your pipeline
